Access to and the use of this website and the products are subject to the following terms & conditions and any notices. By using this website you are agreeing to all these terms & conditions and any notices. Therefore, you acknowledge that the Terms & Conditions may be updated by us from time to time.
Special Offers
In the event of any item returned for a refund, which relates to a product purchased within a special offer where a free gift is given away the free gift must also be returned otherwise the gift will be charged at the regular retail price.
The free gift must also be returned for an item to be exchanged if the value of the exchange item is lower than the original product purchased.

Next Day Delivery
The Next Day Delivery service applies to UK mainland residents only (excluding the Highlands of Scotland), when orders are placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery. If Monday falls on a Bank Holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Orders are sent Via Royal Mail & FEDEX. If for any reason you are hard to reach, this service can be voided and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
In the unlikely event of a product not being available, you will be contacted by phone first (if you left us a contact number) and then by email. We will advise you when the product will be available or we will suggest alternatives.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are as follows, no matter how large or small your order is:
UK mainland residents only excluding the Highlands of Scotland - Next Day Delivery £6.95
UK mainland - Standard Delivery £4.95
Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, IOW, IOM, Shetland Islands & Channel Islands - Standard Delivery £6.95
Europe & USA - £17.95.
Delivery charges will always apply even if certain items have sold out.
Offer Codes
Free Delivery and any other offer codes are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with any of our products then simply return them within 14 days for a full refund of the product price or an exchange (refunds do not include postage costs). Simply follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed and send the item/s back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached tags) to the stated address.
IMPORTANT: We also advise you to return goods using recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost during their return back to us.
Alternatively, you can return through our participating store, if you return the item via our store please take your receipt with you. UNDERWEAR, SOCKS and CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ONCE DESPATCHED.
Refunds
Allow 21 days for refunds to be made to your credit card and after we acknowledge receipt of the goods you have returned to us.
Problems
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please call 01709 362512 or email us on info@and our sales team will deal with your problem as swiftly as possible.
From abroad, we recommend you send us an email and we will respond immediately.
Payments
All major credit & debit cards are accepted excluding American Express. All card details are checked by a third party and goods are dispatched once we have full authorisation via SagePay only.
Once you have ordered on-line and have had confirmation of order please bare in mind that if the payment is not fully successful your order will be cancelled and the money refunded.
The reason why an order may be cancelled even though Outdoor Clothing has sent an order confirmation is that, for example, there is a discrepancy between the address you gave us and the address attached to your credit card.
Cheques should be made payable to Outdoor Clothing and posted to Outdoor Clothing (Caprice), Guardian Centre, Drummond Street, Rotherham, S65 1DD.
Prices
Prices that are shown on the http://www.outdoorclothing.co.uk website are solely applicable online and prices are not applicable to the products found at the Big Fish Clothing Store.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability, if for any reason a particular item is sold out, your credit card will be refunded for the full price of all the items which are sold out. If the product is out of stock but can be shipped to you within 2 weeks, the order will be dispatched as normal. Please note that your order may be shipped in 2 separate deliveries because of one item being temporarily out of stock.
If the outstanding products ultimately end up not being available for any reasons, please note that we will inform you within a week and offer possible alternative products.
Missing Items
Missing items must be notified within 24hrs of receiving the order in order for any action to be taken.
Misrepresentation
We have a right to refuse any order if an issue of misrepresentation occurs. This includes a mistake in price or the description of any goods.
Variation of Content
The color quality may differ from each individual color setting of your screen which means there may be a slight variation. Utmost effort has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colors are accurate as possible. Therefore, Big Fish Clothing may amend or remove and content without notice to ensure accuracy.
